A Gatesville man is facing multiple felony charges after Coryell County police say an argument with a neighbor escalated to the point where a dead animal carcass was hung and thousands of pounds of trash was dumped on the driveway of a man’s property.

Bobby Clifton Barnard Jr., 58, was indicted by a Coryell County grand jury in June on four counts: aggravated assault on a public servant (a first-degree felony), retaliation (a third-degree felony), evading arrest in a vehicle (a felony punishable by imprisonment) and illegal dumping of garbage (a felony punishable by imprisonment).
