Heart postpones tour dates as Ann Wilson announces cancer diagnosis

Wilson said in a statement issued on Instagram

I recently had surgery to remove something that turned out to be cancerous. The surgery was successful and I feel great, but my doctors are now recommending preventative chemotherapy and I have decided to do that.

She added that her doctors had advised her to stay off the stage for the rest of the year to fully recover.

To those who bought tickets: I really wish we could do these shows. Please know that I fully intend to be back on stage in 2025. Thank you all for your support. This is just a break. I have a lot more singing to do.

Heart promised fans that their tickets would be valid for future replacement dates.
