Oshkosh (NYSE:OSK) is the leading manufacturer of access equipment, specialty vehicles and military trucks. The company serves diverse end markets and is typically the market leader in North America or, in the case of JLG aerial work platforms, the global leader.

The company has made consistent dividend payments for 12 years and increased them for 11 consecutive years. Most recently, in January, the company increased its dividend by 12% to $0.46 per share, or $1.84 on an annualized basis. The annual dividend yield is 1.74%.

In the last 12 months, the company generated revenue of $9.93 billion and net income of $688.9 million.

ManpowerGroup

ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE:MAN) provides human resources solutions and services. The company offers services that include recruiting and assessment, upskilling, reskilling, training and development, career management, outsourcing and human resource consulting.

The company has increased its dividend for 14 consecutive years. Most recently, ManpowerGroup increased its semi-annual dividend by 4.8% to $1.54 per share, or $3.08 on an annualized basis. The annual dividend yield is 4.45%.

In the last 12 months, the company generated revenue of $18.56 billion and net income of $50.7 million.
