DHR Health welcomes Dr. Daniel T. Lybbert, urologist and male infertility specialist

Edinburg, Texas: DHR Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Daniel T. Lybbert to its team of talented physicians. Dr. Lybbert will serve as a urologist and male infertility specialist at the DHR Health Urology Institute at 2603 Michelangelo Drive in Edinburg, where he is currently accepting new patients.
In his role, Dr. Lybbert will deal with a broad range of urological problems related to the kidneys, bladder, prostate, penis, testicles and urethra. He will also specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of male fertility, sexual and urinary disorders, including infertility, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease (curvature of the penis), low testosterone, urinary incontinence, enlarged prostate, chronic pelvic/scrotal pain and kidney stones.

Dr. Lybbert completed his bachelor’s degree in biology with honors from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. He then attended the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in 2018. He then completed his residency in urology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and recently completed a fellowship in andrology and infertility at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, the American College of Surgeons, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. He is the author of several publications and has lectured widely in his field.
In addition, Dr. Lybbert has served as an emergency medical technician, volunteer firefighter, paramedic, clinical researcher, volunteer student clinician, and a missionary in Arizona and New Mexico, among other roles.

I look forward to using my training and experience in male sexual health to help people with fertility issues achieve their dream of having children and improve the quality of life of my patients by addressing and resolving sexual and urinary dysfunction issues. I understand that the conditions I treat are sensitive in nature and that many men are hesitant to seek medical attention because of this, but I want to create a welcoming and understanding environment where men feel comfortable and receive the care they need,” said Dr. Lybbert.
