Kolbe promotes Tyler Czernicki to Director of Customer Support

Kolbe promotes Tyler Czernicki to Director of Customer SupportKolbe Windows & Doors has promoted Tyler Czernicki to Director of Customer Service. In addition to leading the customer service team, he oversees the company’s technical and certification support and ensures all customers have an exceptional experience. Based in Wausau, Wisconsin, he reports to Bryan Kujawa, Kolbe’s Vice President of Sales.

Czernicki’s experience

In addition to managing other production departments at Kolbe, Czernicki most recently served as Production and Final Assembly Manager for Kolbe’s double-hung windows. During his time in production, he worked closely with sales staff and field engineers, as well as on projects with customers.

Before joining Kolbe as a manufacturing leadership trainee in 2019, Czernicki served as a logistics specialist in the U.S. Navy and received a decoration. He was also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. His previous experience includes working at other Wisconsin-based manufacturing and distribution companies.

What Kujawa says

“His experience in production management has given him a unique perspective that will enhance our customer service and overall customer experience,” says Kujawa. “His hands-on approach has supported our continuous improvement efforts and helped build stronger relationships with our customers.”
