Well, from now on, you might just find the food truck. The Waffle Lab has officially announced that its sister restaurant, the Burger Lab, will be taking over the space at 130 Olive St.
Is the Waffle Lab in Fort Collins closing?
It looks like it. Waffle Lab posted on social media about the change.
We spoke to Waffle Lab in Fort Collins
It wasn’t entirely clear to us whether the two sister restaurants were merging or whether one was replacing the other.
We contacted The Waffle Lab via Facebook and they informed us that waffles will no longer be available at the Olive St. location. However, waffles are still readily available from their food truck, which can be found at various locations in Northern Colorado.
This is what a representative told me:
I appreciate you reaching out to us.
Waffle Lab will no longer be located at 130 W Olive St. It will only be available via truck or catering orders.
If you love Waffle Lab and want to know where their food truck will be, we recommend following them on social media. They often post their schedule online.
Waffle Lab has not announced when the transition will take place.
At the moment we only have the announcement and expect more details in the future.
