DENTON, Texas – The Mean Green Coach’s Show will be held again at Rudy’s BBQ in Denton on Thursday, August 22nd at 6 p.m.

The show can be heard on the Varsity Network and KHYI 95.3 FM as Dave Barnett and Hank Dickenson visit with North Texas coaches, staff and student-athletes throughout the fall.

Rudy’s BBQ is located at 520 S. I-35E. Frontage Rd, Denton, TX 76205. The show will air live every Thursday night throughout the fall, with the exception of October 3 and 31 before UNT’s open weekends. It will be moved to Wednesday, November 13 before the Friday night game at UTSA.

Tickets for the 2024 UNT football season and mini-plan packages are currently available for purchase. General benefits for season ticket holders include preferred seating, flexible payment plan options, a season ticket holder gift, discounts on additional single-game tickets, kick-time guarantee, priority on postseason tickets, and the ability to resell unused tickets on SeatGeek.

In addition, single game tickets are now on sale.

The UNT football team’s first home game will be against Stephen F. Austin on September 7 at 6:30 p.m. The Mean Green football team has six home games this year and, in addition to the SFA’s first home game, will host Wyoming (September 21), Tulsa (September 28), Tulane (October 26), Army (November 9) and East Carolina (November 23).
